Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in operational processes and functions, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our organization. You will support daily operational activities, assist with process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.
• Support the operations team in process documentation and workflow optimization.
• Liaise with internal teams to help resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics and provide insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
• Help maintain organized records of operational activities and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers and students are encouraged to apply).
• No prior work experience required; any previous internship or project work in operations or business roles will be considered an advantage.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹150,000 - ₹180,000 (per annum).
