Job Summary

The Sr Analyst II Finance Operations role is responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial and accounting statements and concepts for effective financial planning and control. This position prepares studies, reports, and analyses in various areas, including budgets, financial modeling, forecasts, and cash flow projections, contributing to the organization's financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial and accounting statements and concepts for financial planning and control.
• Prepare studies, reports, and analyses related to budgets, financial modeling, and forecasts.
• Validate various payroll reports and analyze variances.
• Conduct analysis on potential backlogs in payroll processes.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll activities.
• Handle customer escalations and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll applications.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum aggregate score of 50% or above.
• 8 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5-8 years in payroll operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.
