Job Profile:
1. Territory and Customer Identification:
Identify and assess potential territories and customer segments for business growth.
2. Customer Collaboration:
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for tailored solutions.

Schedule appointments with key decision-makers and recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.
4. Account Development:
Build new accounts from the ground up, exhibiting patience and persistence in relationship building.

Display a willingness to understand and resolve customer challenges.
7. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire and retain customers.
8. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
9. Stakeholder Management:
Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguous environments effectively.
10. Pre and Post-Sales Support:
Handle pre-sales inquiries and address post-sales service requirements efficiently.
11. Sales Reporting:
Prepare, maintain, and submit required sales reports, tracking performance metrics.

13. Market Analysis:

West(Mumbai) & North(Delhi)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
14. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.
15. Sales Forecasting:
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare forecasts, and generate reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market share trends.
16. Event Participation:
Participate in trade shows and events to promote products and generate leads.
