Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Airline/Travel domain to join the Traveler Servicing Solutions team in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in developing an all-in-one traveler engagement solution that delivers personalized and contextual services before, during, and after trips. Working with a dynamic team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX researchers, your contributions will directly impact traveler-centric innovation and customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Opportunity Discovery & Assessment:
- Identify and interpret business requirements from clients and market feedback.
- Analyze and validate opportunities using data-driven insights and industry trends.
- Craft actionable recommendations to shape the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering to prioritize and schedule product releases aligned to traveler needs.

Requirements Definition & Scoping:
- Translate business requirements into concise, high-level documentation and detailed user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to assess feasibility, scope, and value.
- Ensure requirements reflect both traveler-driven insights and retail innovation best practices.

Launch, Delivery & Performance:
- Develop compelling product collateral, documentation, and sales enablement materials.
- Gather, analyze, and act on feedback to enhance product adoption, traveler satisfaction, and business KPIs.
- Track product analytics, customer satisfaction, and overall performance; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the dedicated Customer Success Team throughout product launches, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Deliver impactful presentations and demos to clients, internal stakeholders, and sales teams.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation and training material.
- Serve as an ambassador for the product vision within and beyond the organization.

Strategic Leadership:
- Contribute to the overarching product strategy, value proposition, and long-term roadmap.
- Liaise with strategic and external partners, especially for mobile and frontend innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for technology driven by traveler expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a Product Definition role (ideally in B2C, travel, or tech).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making.
- Highly accountable, proactive, and resilient in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strategic, customer-centric, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- B2C experience in a digital environment preferred; exposure to modern retailing and e-commerce strategies is a plus.
- AI & GenAI Enthusiast: Eager to harness emerging AI technologies to drive scale, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Deep empathy for end-users, with a passion for enhancing the traveler journey and anticipating their needs.
Experience
11 – 16 years of relevant experience in the Airline/Travel domain, with a strong background in product management.
