Key Responsibilities • Scope out new micro-locations where our stores can be introduced • Liaise with property owners and developers to get right-sized stores at the right locations • Identify and fulfill regulatory requirements for store launch • Develop and templatize store design concepts that can be rolled out rapidly and cost-effectively • Put in place operating teams at store level, and later, at regional level • Train, motivate and empower sales staff at retail locations to deliver a memorable customer experience • Work on and execute plans for SSSG • Maintain excellent working relationships with rental partners
