Job Summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Proficiency in printing technologies and equipment, including digital, offset, and flexographic printing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of color theory and digital pre-press processes.
• Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with sustainable printing practices and technologies.

Experience
