Brief profile/requirement: Sr Manager/ Manager Finance: IPO: • Having knowledge of Indian Accounting standards (Ind AS), Corporate laws and SEBI Laws. • Knowledge of preparation of required data for IPO process including certifications. • Have worked with Independent Chartered Accountant and statutory auditor for finalisation of circle ups, restated financials statements, certifications, comfort letters etc for IPO. • Working knowledge of Management Development Analysis for DRHP • Working exposure for finalisation of quarterly financials for publishing Others: • Interaction with Banks, NDFC’s, Credit Rating agency and other lending institution, CMA, review of financial covenants etc • Prepare budget and forecast and YEE (year end estimates) based on YTD actuals, in terms of income statement and balance sheet. • Evaluate the Capex proposal, work out ROI/payback and submit to management with his/her recommendation. • P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making). • Sound knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation. Knowledge of personal taxation is must. • Knowledge of accounting of family office, shares and coordination with Brokers as well is desirable. Key Requirements: • Education: CA • 7-10 years in finance and accounting • Must have experience in IPO process • Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills
