Job Summary
The Liaison Manager is responsible for overseeing the feasibility studies, coordinating approvals, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and liaison architects. Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine optimum Floor Space Index (FSI) exploitation and obtain necessary statutory approvals.

- Prepare and manage budgets for the approval process to ensure financial adherence and support project planning.
- Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary approvals and certificates through diligent monitoring and management of the application processes.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies to keep abreast of new developments and requirements useful for projects.
- Update management and Joint Venture partners on the status of approvals and regulatory timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an MBA.
- Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in liaison management.
- Strong understanding of Development Plans (DP) and Development Control Regulations (DCR).
- Proficient in preparing cash flows and budgeting for approvals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to network effectively within Urban Development and Mantralaya (government offices).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of land acquisition processes and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with project management practices related to obtaining approvals.
- Experience with environmental clearances and coordinating site visits for government officials.
Experience
7-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in liaison management related to civil engineering or architecture.
