Job Summary

The Liaison Manager is responsible for overseeing the feasibility studies, coordinating approvals, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and liaison architects. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely acquisition of all necessary approvals and certificates through diligent monitoring and management of the application processes.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies to keep abreast of new developments and requirements useful for projects.
  • Update management and Joint Venture partners on the status of approvals and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an MBA.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in liaison management.
  • Strong understanding of Development Plans (DP) and Development Control Regulations (DCR).
  • Proficient in preparing cash flows and budgeting for approvals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to network effectively within Urban Development and Mantralaya (government offices).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of land acquisition processes and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management practices related to obtaining approvals.
  • Experience with environmental clearances and coordinating site visits for government officials.

Experience

7-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in liaison management related to civil engineering or architecture.
