Job Description
Designation – DM/ Manager – TA Specialist
Location & no. of Position – Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat (2), Mumbai, Rest of Karnataka, Rest of Tamilnadu, Indore – Total - 8
CTC – Upto 10 lacs can be offered
Reporting – State HR Manager
- Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirements across the function
- Screening, shortlisting, and sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites,
- Design and maintain Manpower requirement documents
- Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for all required positions
- Using different recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Cold calling, Social Media -Recruitment, Recruitment website etc.
- Delivery of the manpower within the deadline
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Required Skills:
- MBA/ Graduate with 2-4 years’ experience in core TA role from BFSI/NBFC
- Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes and systems
- Strong analytical ability & eye for detail
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
