Role Overview

The role requires a self-driven, strategic thinker who can independently plan and execute projects. This person will coordinate with design and product teams, and sales team, to validate content and ensure seamless execution of events, launches, and marketing assets respectively.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee social media management including content planning, creative development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Manage website content updates, ensuring accuracy, SEO hygiene, and alignment with product information.
  • Give structured briefs to digital and creative agencies for campaigns, video content, and digital assets.
  • Review analytics and propose optimisation strategies for engagement and lead generation.

Channel Marketing

  • Plan and execute on-ground events, product launches, dealer meets, and trade fairs.
  • Coordinate extensively with local sales teams to manage event requirements, logistics, visitor engagement, and lead capture.
  • Oversee new experience centre launch projects—liaising with vendors, design teams, and ensuring brand consistency across displays.
  • Track event KPIs, budgets, and post-event outcomes.

Marketing Communications (MarComm)

  • Lead creation of and review content for website pages, catalogues, brochures, product sheets, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Ensure all communication reflects the brand identity and maintains high content quality.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Channel marketing/activations, Event management, New product launch and basics of Social Media management.
  • Ability to understand technical products like office furniture and translate them into impactful communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong content sense.
  • Ability to lead a small team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ years of total marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Durables, B2B, furniture, interiors, manufacturing, or related technical industries.
  • Prior experience supervising team members and working with agencies is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • MBA in Marketing from Tier-1/Tier-2 Institutes.
