Job Summary
The AIML Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions that enhance business capabilities. This position focuses on utilizing advanced technologies to create conversational AI and integrate various platforms, ensuring that our services lead the industry in quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning to optimize model performance.
- Utilize Azure OpenAI Services and APIs for seamless integration of AI capabilities.
- Develop applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Bot Framework (SDK and Composer).
- Leverage Azure ML and Cognitive Services to build robust AI applications.
- Conduct integrations with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs to enhance functionality.
- Design and implement RAG architectures, managing embeddings and vector databases.
- Develop and integrate with M365 Copilot APIs for plugin development and advanced features.
- Code and orchestrate solutions using Python and Node.js.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or Conversational AI.
- Proficient in Natural Language Processing techniques, particularly with frameworks like GPT and BERT.
- Strong experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure OpenAI Services and Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Familiar with implementation and integration of Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry.
- Expertise in Python and Node.js for application development and scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, integration strategies, and managing AI architectures.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Azure DevOps, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Experience
A minimum of 6 years in relevant field experience, particularly focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Conversational AI technologies.
Environment
