Job Summary

As a React Native Developer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust, cross-platform mobile application designed for media-rich, sports-focused experiences. In this full-time role, you will drive the integration of video playback, photo management, and interactive user experiences using cutting-edge mobile technologies. You will work closely with product designers, backend developers, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development: Design, build, and maintain a high-performance cross-platform mobile application using React Native and Expo.
• Media Integration: Implement and optimize features related to video playback, photo management, and media handling to deliver enhanced user experiences.
• Feature Implementation: Develop and integrate interactive elements and gamified social features that drive user engagement.
• API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs for media analytics, real-time data updates, and user profiling.
• Debugging & Performance Tuning: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure smooth functionality on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold coding standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the mobile app through regular code reviews and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Proficiency in React Native and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with the Expo framework.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, and Recoil.
• Strong skills in Mobile UI/UX Design and Responsive Design for both iOS and Android.
• Proven experience with video playback, photo management, and overall media handling.
• Expertise in API Integration, Debugging, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with App Store Deployment and Google Play Store Deployment.
• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., BTech, BSc, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to gamification methods or social media integration.
• Passion for sports or familiarity with the recreational sports ecosystem.
• Additional proficiency in advanced state management and mobile security best practices.
