Job Summary

The Data Scientist role is critical in leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence to extract insights from large data sets. Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning, with at least 1 year focused on Generative AI projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Python and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Familiarity with model deployment tools (e.g., FastAPI, Docker) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
  • Solid understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of advanced statistics and Machine Learning algorithms.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, with at least 1 year dedicated to Generative AI projects.

Environment

This position is based in Bangalore and operates under a Hybrid work model, which combines in-office and remote work. The candidate should be capable of working under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
