Job Title: Marketing Analyst & CRM Associate Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Bengaluru, WFO Type: Full-time The Role in a Nutshell At Pi42, we are looking for a data-driven marketer who lives at the intersection of insights and engagement. You will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable marketing strategies and managing our lifecycle communication channels to drive user retention and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Analytics ● ● ● Data Visualization: Build and maintain automated dashboards in Metabase to track key marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV , Conversion Rates). Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Referral) and provide recommendations for budget optimization. User Behavior Analysis: Dive deep into internal databases to identify trends in user trading behavior and drop-off points in the funnel.
- CRM & Lifecycle Management ● ● ● ● Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of B2C campaigns across MoEngage (Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App). Journey Building: Design and optimize automated "flows" (e.g., Welcome sequences, Abandoned Cart/Trade, Re-activation) to increase user stickiness. A/B Testing: Constantly experiment with subject lines, creative copy, and send times to improve open and click-through rates. Retention Analysis: Report on the impact of CRM activities—moving beyond "open rates" to measure actual trading volume and ROI driven by your campaigns. What We’re Looking For ● ● Experience: 1–3 years in a Marketing Analytics/ CRM role (preferably at a B2C startup or Fintech). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Metabase (or similar SQL-based BI tools).● ● ○ Hands-on experience with MoEngage (or WebEngage/CleverTap/Braze). Analytical Mindset: You don’t just report numbers; you tell the story behind them. Attention to Detail: You double-check every "Segment" and "Trigger" before hitting send—knowing that a typo in a Push Notification reaches thousands. Category KPI What it Measures Analytics Quality of cohorts The quality of cohorts and in-depth analysis of the user data to make firm decisions on budget and projections. Analytics Dashboard Accuracy The reliability of Metabase reports (data discrepancies). Engagement Click to Action/ Conversion The conversion rate from clicking a Push Notification/Email to placing a trade/ doing bank/ deposit. Journeys Planning & Execution of automated journeys Percentage/ improvement of conversion through the automated journeys. Retention D7 / D30 Retention The percentage of users who return to the app 7 or 30 days after their last trade. Efficiency Campaign Lead Time How fast a campaign goes from "Idea" to "Live" without errors.
