<div>Role: Senior Manager, Risk Analytics.</div> <div>Responsibilities include:</div> <div>● Work on high-priority projects related to risk mitigation and optimizing Drip&rsquo;s portfolio across different products and markets.</div> <div>● Work closely with growth, underwriting, operations, and product teams to find and implement opportunities to improve risk underwriting and monitoring models.</div> <div>● Development and execution of risk policies to support business growth</div> <div>● Portfolio Management to ensure the losses are within the firm&rsquo;s risk appetite</div> <div>● Collaboration with BD, Product, Ops, and Risk Servicing team to build scalable global risk strategies</div> <div>● Running Root Cause Analyses for identifying policy and compliance gaps</div> <div>● Drive product-first and data-driven decisions within and outside the team</div> <div>● Own and deliver regular risk updates for top management and other stakeholders</div> <div>● Redesigning risk policy to enhance risk checks</div> <div>● Implement redesigned policy including financial ratios and monitoring</div> <div>● Define &amp; implement invoice approval policy What we look for:</div> <div>● 3-10 years Experience working in Tier 1/2 financial services or consulting industry, experience in early/growth stage lending FinTech is preferred</div> <div>● Graduate from a Tier 1/2 college with an engineering/ statistics degree and/or MBA is a plus</div> <div>● Preference for advanced certifications in finance (CA, CFA, FRM equivalent or below) Skills:</div> <div>● Strong knowledge of SQL and Python is a must.</div>
