Job Summary

We are looking for a senior commercial leader to build and scale PlaySuper’s partnerships business across the United States. This role sits at the intersection of mobile gaming, ad-tech, brand partnerships, and strategic growth. The incumbent will own relationships with leading mobile game publishers, monetization leaders, and consumer brands while helping define PlaySuper’s long-term go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships with US-based mobile gaming studios across casual, mid-core, hyper-casual, and social casino categories.
  • Drive enterprise partnership conversations end-to-end — from outbound prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop and grow PlaySuper’s brand-side ecosystem by partnering with consumer brands targeting mobile-first audiences.
  • Represent PlaySuper at key industry events including GDC, MAU Vegas, Pocket Gamer Connects, Casual Connect, and other gaming ecosystem forums.
  • Work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to shape product roadmap and market expansion strategy based on customer insights and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic alliances within mobile gaming, gaming ad-tech, martech, or monetization platforms.
  • Prior experience working with companies such as AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Liftoff/Vungle, Moloco, Tapjoy, Adjoe, Mistplay, Chartboost, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Sensor Tower, Digital Turbine, or similar gaming ecosystem platforms.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming monetization, user acquisition (UA), retention, offerwalls, rewards ecosystems, or performance advertising.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise partnerships with gaming studios or advertisers.
  • Existing relationships within the North American mobile gaming ecosystem across publishing, monetization, UA, growth, or partnerships teams.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in partnerships or business development roles, ideally within the gaming industry or related sectors.

Environment

  • This role is remote based in the United States, with a preference for West Coast candidates due to proximity to the gaming ecosystem.
