Job Summary

The Quick Commerce Fulfilment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfilment across various quick commerce platforms. This role will involve optimizing inventory management, overseeing dark store operations, and ensuring efficient platform management. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on execution and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fulfilment operations across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and Flipkart Minutes.
• Drive high fill rates, On-Time In Full (OTIF), and dispatch turnaround within platform-mandated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and resolve stock-outs, catalog/listing issues, and dark store availability gaps in real time.
• Oversee order processing, picking/packing accuracy, and dispatch timelines at partner dark stores/warehouses.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Q-commerce platform operations and category teams for onboarding and escalations.
• Work closely with 3PL/warehouse partners, category, and finance teams to ensure supply continuity and compliance with platform-specific norms.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in quick commerce, e-commerce fulfilment, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Strong understanding of dark store inventory management, dispatch operations, and last-mile SLAs.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards or ERP tools is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across different platforms, vendors, and internal teams.
• Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
