Job Description

What You'll Do: • Market & Customer Expertise: o Conduct in-depth market research to understand the US landscape, competitive offerings, and emerging trends. o Develop a deep understanding of US customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors through interviews, surveys, and data analysis. o Segment target audiences and develop detailed buyer personas for the US market. • Strategic Messaging & Positioning: o Develop differentiated product messaging and positioning that clearly articulate the value proposition of Qapita for the US audience. o Translate complex technical features into clear, concise, and compelling benefits for various customer segments. o Craft compelling narratives for product launches, new features, and ongoing marketing campaigns. • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: o Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and major initiatives in the US. o Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of GTM strategies. o Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, product demos, and competitive intelligence to equip the US sales team. o Partner with the content and demand generation teams to create impactful marketing collateral (website copy, landing pages, emails, blogs, webinars, case studies, etc.) tailored for the US market. • Product Launches & Adoption: o Plan and execute impactful product launches in the States, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. o Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on marketing strategies to optimize for the US market. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Act as the voice of the US customer internally, collaborating with Product Management to inform product roadmap decisions. o Work closely with the US sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools and support. o Partner with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
