JD:
- Responsible for Paid marketing strategies across all accounts
- Determine near term & long term KPIs for all accounts
- Work with existing teams to ensure execution of marketing strategy to achieve KPIs
- Identify loopholes and pivot strategy in time to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Oversee the creative briefs for the campaigns
- Actively manage key clients periodically, providing category & competitor insights, campaign learnings and way forward ideas
- Oversee and develop formats for monthly reports
Requirements:
- Awareness of latest digital campaign strategies used by e-comm brands to drive sales
- Adeptness towards building high performing conversion audiences for D2C brands
- Deep understanding of online user behaviour and what drives purchases
- Experience of working in a target based environment
- Understanding of digital media budgeting
- Experience of working alongside creative teams and understand creative strategy
