Business Head - International | Scrabble
Job Description
The incumbent will:
● Own and scale Marg’s international expansion charter across priority global markets, with full revenue accountability.
● Define and execute the international market entry strategy including market selection, prioritisation, pricing adaptation, and GTM models (direct, partner-led, hybrid).
● Build country-specific operating models covering compliance, localisation, sales, support, and partner ecosystems.
● Hire and scale local sales and operations leadership teams across selected geographies.
● Work closely with Product and Tech to localise ERP/accounting workflows to meet country-specific tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
● Develop a repeatable international growth playbook that enables scalable country-by-country expansion.
● Drive predictable revenue growth with strong forecasting, operating cadence, and performance dashboards.
● Partner with founders and senior leadership to shape global strategy, expansion sequencing, and capital allocation.
What we’re looking for:
● 12–18 years in SaaS / ERP / Fintech / SMB platform businesses.
● Proven experience launching and scaling products in international markets.
● Strong P&L ownership experience with revenue growth accountability.
● Experience building GTM engines in new geographies (sales + channel + partnerships).
● Strong understanding of compliance-heavy or regulation-driven markets.
● Entrepreneurial leader comfortable operating in a high-growth, zero-to-one environment.
● MBA or equivalent preferred.
