Job Summary
The Head – IFA & PMS Partnerships is a high-impact business leadership role responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with IFAs, PMS distributors, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, RIAs, and other distribution partners. This position will own partner acquisition, activation, revenue growth, and market expansion while working closely with product, leadership, and investment teams. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships within India's wealth management ecosystem and a proven track record of scaling distribution businesses.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Experience: 10–15+ years in Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, Mutual Funds, or Financial Distribution.
- Relationships: Strong connections with IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and distribution partners across India.
- Knowledge: Experience with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), PMS providers, wealth platforms, or fintech-led wealth businesses.
- Proven Ability: Track record of building large distribution networks and scaling AUM.
- Understanding: Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Global Investing, and investment products.
- Skills: Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up.

- Advanced understanding of digital investment technologies and platforms.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Experience
