Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About Role:
• Ensure the delivery of all ecommerce performance metrics of ACOS /TACOS along with Ad Sales
targets across all ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Manage the execution of product campaigns and promotions on respective platforms.
• Manage and optimize the campaigns budgets to deliver performance across key metrics like monthly
spends CAC, CPL etc
• Serve as a key contact for all performance marketing for platforms related activities. Liaise with
partners and lead daily operations.
• Monitor competition, product pages, sales forecasts, cataloguing essentials impacting the
performance metrics.
• Share insights on competition behavior and monitor the changing dynamics on a regular basis.
Oversee and verify reporting of eCommerce activities and other relevant data to provide appropriate
insight and understanding of the marketplace.
• Have knowledge of the growth hacks of various ecommerce platforms.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve sales and profitability. Reviews
Reporting & Analytics for Amazon
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Technology or a related field
• MBA preferred but not necessary.
• Prior experience in managing Amazon Ads platform is a must. 3-5 of eCommerce experience in
working with various platforms required. Understanding the other ads platform is a must and
experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in growing a business on Flipkart/Amazon or other high-volume eCommerce
platforms.
• Strong MS excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who can work through ambiguity and thrive within a fast- paced
environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects by prioritizing, communicating with team members.
