Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects in the real estate sector. Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management within the real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices.
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze plans and technical specifications effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain documentation and manage multiple tasks.
