Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects in the real estate sector. Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management within the real estate industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze plans and technical specifications effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain documentation and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with construction management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Experience
