Martech Manager - CDP & AI Specialist
Job Summary
The Martech Manager - CDP & AI Specialist will lead the implementation and integration of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement. This role is crucial in aligning data management with business objectives, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and leveraging AI for improved customer insights and marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- CDP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of the Customer Data Platform across all relevant business functions and oversee data integration from multiple sources (CRM, website, social media, paid ads).
- AI Integration: Design and implement predictive and generative AI models for customer segmentation, lead scoring, churn prediction, and next-best-action analysis in collaboration with an implementation partner. Ensure AI-powered personalization in marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Data Strategy & Management: Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams to define data architecture and governance, ensuring the CDP complies with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with marketing teams to align CDP capabilities with campaign goals and train internal teams to utilize AI-enabled insights for decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs and evaluate the impact of AI models and the CDP on business metrics such as lead conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced certifications in CDP platforms (e.g., Tealium, Segment, Salesforce, or similar) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CDP tools, data management, and marketing automation systems.
- Experience in implementing AI and predictive analytics models for marketing use cases.
- Experience in real estate or other customer-centric industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, WebEngage).
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, data mapping, and audience targeting strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant experience in marketing technology, data management, and AI integration, preferably in customer-centric industries.
