Job Description

The incumbent will lead the strategic direction, architecture, and execution of all technology development, engineering and other technology initiatives, across ft, firmware, platform, internal systems and field technology operations. This role will drive technology budgeting, management, scalability, modularity, cost-efficiency, and reliability across Kriti Labs’ IoT & AI solutions

  • Technology management including budgeting, monitoring and optimization
  • Devising the technology roadmap including development, engineering, maintenance & support and the corresponding deliverables in line with the product and platform requirements
  • Own end-to-end technology stack including architecture, design, and delivery of IoT platform & devices, firmware, edge integrations, and cloud backend, internal systems
  • Consistently look at technology trends and ensure adoption to ensure that the technology stack is constantly upgraded
  • Continuously drive improvements on the platform across use-cases to reduce time-to-market and improve maintainability.
  • Technology leadership across Electronics development & engineering and IT development and engineering including platforms, internal & external applications
  • Team Building & Execution Governance -Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team (hardware, embedded, cloud, DevOps, software, QA).
  • Establish sprint rituals, design freview processes, deployment pipelines, and clear accountability for releases.
  • Define and drive engineering SLAs for reliability, supportability and scalability.
  • Champion field-led design improvements, based on feedback loops from delivery and operations teams.
  • Lead innovation in predictive maintenance, digital twins, edge computing, and AI-enabled field service intelligence.
  • Stay abreast of tech trends in connectivity, remote diagnostics, and embedded AI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Delivery, PMO, Customer Support and Sales to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality deployments.
  • Drive tech enablement for service delivery – including ticketing workflows, remote support tools, and SOP automation
  • Engaging with CXO level client stakeholders on technology proposals and discussions
