IFA Specialist - Chennai
 Job Description:
 The role would mean that incumbent will be the face of the organisation for the
IFA in the respective region
 His job will be to engage with the IFA’s across the region, empanel and activate
them to on-board the products to their clients
 Responsible for increasing the market share with the IFAs by devising an
effective sales strategy with the central team. Develop & Launch effective
distributor/sales programs in order to drive incremental business
 Track record of consistently achieving business targets, identifying high-yielding
services and products and thereby enhancing business volumes, achieving
revenue and profitability norms

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:
 Post graduate or Graduate with rich experience in financial domain
 7+ years’ of experience in BFSI space with major stint in similar business line
 People manager with excellent relationship management skills and strong
attention to detail
 Entrepreneurial approach to drive the role independently
