Main KRA includes lead generation first hand. Institutional and B2B Sales • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored gifting solutions. • Product Selection: Curate and recommend exclusive products for corporate gifting options, ensuring they align with luxury standards and the brand’s reputation. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to design effective promotional campaigns and personalized gifts that resonate with corporate clients. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the gifting budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective while maintaining high-quality standards. • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze data related to corporate gifting sales and client engagement to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continually refine our corporate gifting strategy. Must Haves: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate gifting, luxury sales, or account management, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry. • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients. • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • A passion for luxury products and an eye for quality and design.
