Associate Manager - Student Learning and Activities Company: Crucible Institute of Management Location & Type: Mumbai (Chandivali-Powai) | Full Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining Role Description The Associate Manager - Student Learning and Activities will play a dual role in enhancing both the academic and extracurricular experience at Crucible Institute of Management. This position combines hands-on academic support with creative content management to engage students, faculty, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Learning and Academic Support: • Research & Content Assistance: Collaborate with faculty to prepare and update course materials, including pre-reads, presentations, and case studies. • Assessment Design & Grading: Grade a wide range of assessments and assist in designing new evaluation activities with customized feedback to enhance learner engagement. • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate grade records and prepare monthly reports on student performance. 2. Content & Community Management: • Content Creation: Curate content from student activities and learning experiences inside & outside the classroom. Work with video editors to package & share this content. • Storytelling: Capture the "real-world grit" of the Crucible experience by showcasing student projects, campus life, and faculty insights through content. • UGC Content Management: Create scripts and get UGC content made to showcase Crucible’s quality of learning to potential students. • Creator Management: Work with content creators in the MBA space to co-create content. Qualifications • Educational Background: A Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Education or a related field is preferred. • Skills: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Candidates should also possess good Excel skills and have a keen eye for design (Canva, etc.). A solid understanding of social media platforms and content creation is essential. • Experience: Prior experience in a teaching assistance role, social media management, or content creation is an advantage. • Attributes: We are looking for an individual who is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about both education and brand building. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different tasks as needed.
