Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager at Leeford Healthcare Limited, you will be an
integral part of our marketing team, responsible for creating engaging and impactful
content for our social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. Your role
will involve crafting creative posts, managing campaigns, and collaborating with
various teams to ensure the successful execution of our social media strategies.
Develop and execute creative social media campaigns aligned with our brand's
values and objectives.
Generate compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant
platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Curate visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social
media posts.
Monitor social media trends, track the performance of posts, and adapt
strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent
branding across all platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and algorithm changes
to optimize content reach.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using
relevant metrics.
Skills:
3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within
the OTC or D2C industry.
Proficiency in creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other
social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet
deadlines.
Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to
changing trends
