Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager, who will be responsible to develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and increase revenue.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective demand generation campaigns that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2B SaaS marketing with a specific emphasis on demand generation, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth.
Requirements:
● Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to promote Haptik's solutions, increase brand awareness, and drive qualified lead generation.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events, with a focus on driving conversion and revenue growth.
● Optimize Haptik's online presence, including the company website, landing pages, and digital advertising, to generate high-quality leads and engage with the target audience.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to effectively position Haptik's solutions in the market.
● Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics, such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
● Develop product messaging and position the product informed by user research, partner insights, and extensive product understanding Requirements* What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for?
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● Proven track record of at least 6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a specific focus on demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth.
● Strong understanding of demand generation principles, strategies, and tactics, with hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
● Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.
● Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
