B. JOB SUMMARY:
The role’s core functions are:
 Monitor all business activities and ensure they produce the desired results in consistence with the mission and vision of the
company
 Formulate high level business strategies and plans ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
 Supervise & co-ordinate with the sales & marketing teams to ensure optimum revenue generation
 Work closely with the management as a part of the decision-making body
 Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
C. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
Strategic
 To understand the business in entirety and initiate processes in line with the business requirements
 To formulate & firm strategies
 Driving subjects of critical importance with department leads
 Finalization of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) along with Management
 Providing market intelligence, competitive landscape and peer group analysis
 Updating top management on key developments in the sector
Implementation
 Ensuring that reports from all the department leads are submitted to Director on timely basis
 Performing business risk assessment with audit heads and taking appropriate actions in consultation with the Director
 Handling cross functional roles as required
E. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
 4+ years of experience into business operations
 Postgraduate or MBA is a must (from Top Ranked college)
