1 ROLE TITLE Investment Analyst ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced Investment Analyst with strong expertise in fundamental research, valuation, and financial modelling to generate actionable investment ideas and support institutional portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have proven small/mid-cap coverage experience and the ability to deliver differentiated, high-conviction insights. REPORTS TO CFO EXPERIENCE 5 + Years QUALIFICATION CA / CFA LOCATION Bangalore KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY KRA’S • Generate and evaluate long/short investment ideas across Indian equities. • Conduct detailed company/sector research including financials, management, governance, and peer benchmarking. • Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, SOTP, NAV, scenario analysis). • Lead valuations for IPOs, QIPs, and secondary opportunities. • Prepare investment memos, company reports, and sector outlooks. • Present and defend recommendations before Investment Committee. • Track earnings, corporate actions, and macro/industry developments. • Build relationships with company management, sell-side, and industry experts. DESIRED SKILLS 1 Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and Ind-AS/IFRS standards. 2 Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Bloomberg/Reuters/FactSet/Capital IQ 3 Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
