Job Summary

The Product Definition Analyst 4 plays a crucial role in analyzing and owning business requirements, coordinating with developers and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This position is essential for aligning business needs with technical capabilities, ultimately contributing to the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and own business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders for the assessment of requirements.
• Foresee and forecast risks, gaps, and impacts related to project deliverables.
• Communicate business needs and priorities to concerned customers and stakeholders.
• Own and manage the complete functional scope of the project, including creating, reviewing, and managing functional specifications.
• Conduct functional walk-throughs of the product with consumers of the specifications.
• Collaborate with different functions to formulate testing strategies for new features.
• Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders and ensure delivery without gaps.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Professional experience of 9+ years, preferably in the Travel domain as a Business Analyst.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic, UML, and XML.
  • Technical writing skills.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and vice versa.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

• Cloud knowledge.

• Agile experience or knowledge.

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in the Travel domain.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,400,000.
