Job Title: Executive Assistant for founder’s office
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Founders is responsible for providing high-level administrative and
organizational support to the Founders. This role requires exceptional organizational,
communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential
information.

communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
a. Manage the Founders complex schedule, including appointments, meetings,
and travel arrangements.
b. Prioritize and coordinate the founder's time to ensure maximum efficiency.
2. Travel Arrangements:
a. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels,
transportation, and itineraries.
b. Prepare travel expense reports.
3. Communication:
a. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the Founders.
b. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, letters, and reports on behalf of the Founders.
4. Administrative Support:
a. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document
management.
b. Manage and track expense reports and reimbursements.
5. Confidentiality:
a. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
b. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
6. Project Management & Assistance:
a. Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required by the Founders.
b. Help manage and track key initiatives and projects.
7. Stakeholder Liaison:
a. Serve as a point of contact between the Founders and internal and external
stakeholders.
b. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and board members.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
● Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level
executives.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to
work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost
professionalism.

b. Has experience of managing travel logistics
c. Has experience of / ability to handle multiple projects
d. Written and Oral Communication skills
e. Can work in high pressure environment
