Job Summary

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the backend, AI integration, and data systems for our wealth management platform. Your contributions will directly support the team's goal to deliver the first production release, shaping how wealth management is executed in India.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend and AI infrastructure.
• Integrate data pipelines, SaaS modules, and APIs effectively.
• Architect extensible systems for future AI workloads including large language models (LLMs), agentic bots, and recommendation systems.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, production-grade code under the dynamics of a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development with proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data lake systems, and scalable API design.
• Experience with integrating AI/ML pipelines, inference APIs, or large-scale analytics workflows.
• Understanding of fintech or data-heavy ecosystems (finance, payments, SaaS).
