Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).<br /> Ascertain customers&rsquo; needs and wants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent<br /> sales service.<br /> Plan and implement Operations procedures in the store to deliver the desired level of consumer<br /> satisfaction.<br /> Responsible for revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales target<br /> Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement to<br /> enhance their performance.<br /> Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and<br /> make informed business decisions.<br /> Manage point-of-sale processes and ensure complete accuracy.<br /> Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.<br /> Inventory and retail space management:<br /> Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management,<br /> and security protocols.<br /> Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance<br /> product presentation and maximize sales.<br /> Coordinate with head office to replenish stock as needed.<br /> Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the company&#39;s stock records, identifying any discrepancies, and<br /> providing recommendations for enhancing inventory management processes.<br /> Reporting:<br /> Ensure internal SOP is maintained and daily stock balance reports are prepared.<br /> Sales tracker and lead reports to be updated daily.<br /> Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the<br /> timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing, and submitting reports, and monitoring sales<br /> receipts.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
