Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth

Deliver sales targets for Rich Products’ HTF portfolio including non-dairy creamers, toppings, bases, and bakery solutions.

Drive volume, value, and range expansion across assigned Mumbai territory.

Ensure strong secondary sales and healthy distributor inventory levels.
HoReCa & Foodservice Management
-
Develop and manage key HoReCa accounts including hotels, QSRs, cafés, bakeries, patisseries, cloud kitchens, and caterers.

Engage with chefs, bakery owners, and procurement teams for product trials, menu placements, and conversions.

Execute foodservice activations, demos, and sampling in coordination with the culinary and marketing teams.
Distributor & Channel Management
-
Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and sub-stockists.

Improve distributor productivity, beat coverage, and outlet penetration.
-
Manage trade schemes, discounts, credit, and claims in line with company policies.
Market Execution & Visibility
-
Ensure execution of promotions, price-offs, and visibility initiatives.

Track competitor activity, pricing, and new launches in the foodservice and bakery space.
-
Improve product availability and merchandising at distributor and key outlet level.
Team Management
-
Lead and develop Sales Officers / Sales Executives.

Conduct joint market visits, training, and performance reviews.

Drive disciplined execution through structured market working.
Reporting & Compliance
-
Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence.

Ensure adherence to Rich Products’ compliance, quality, and SOP standards.
