Job Summary

The Manager-Business Process will lead and manage process improvement projects across various functions within the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build process improvement capabilities within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams in applying process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement and the life insurance domain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and process improvement tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, including RPA and OCR.
  • Knowledge of customer experience metrics and improvement strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Management.
  • Experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
