Job Summary

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, oversee project timelines, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance and support to your team while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project objectives.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and drive key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in integrating applications with various SAP modules.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Educational Requirement: 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP HANA.

Experience

• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in application development with a focus on SAP ABAP Cloud.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru office).
• This role is primarily office-based, requiring close collaboration with multiple teams.
