Azure AI Chatbot Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Chatbot Agent to design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services to enhance customer engagement and automate support processes. This role plays a critical part in driving innovation and efficiency within our digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement chatbots utilizing Azure AI Services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Design conversational flows and enhance user interactions through intelligent response mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Monitor chatbot performance and incorporate continuous improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize chatbot responses to maintain high service quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure AI and related technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Proven experience in Chatbot Development and implementing conversational AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services and related cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and chatbot development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BTech, BSc, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in developing and deploying AI-driven chatbot solutions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Azure-based projects and cloud service integrations.
