Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Human Resource Digital Management (HRDM). The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform, enhancing our service delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HRDM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the effective implementation of ServiceNow functionalities to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to users as necessary.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices in ServiceNow development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Certification in ServiceNow (certified developers preferred).
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules: CSM, HRDM, ITSM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or industry.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Service Portal development.
Experience
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and support.

- This position is remote, allowing for flexible working conditions.
Salary
- The budget for this role is 1.1 LPM + GST.
