Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of cash flow, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing variances to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  2. Debt & Equity Evaluation: Assess the company's financial needs from both debt and equity perspectives, providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Compliance & Accounting: Ensure adherence to government regulations and accounting standards, working closely with a CA firm to maintain accurate and compliant financial records.
  4. Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with Bummer's growth objectives and maximize profitability.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting key financial insights and performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
  6. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
  7. Financial Discipline: Establish and maintain financial discipline within the organization, implementing internal controls and processes to safeguard assets and ensure transparency.
  8. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance from a Tier 2/3 University in India.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on cash flow management, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing financial performance.
