Digital Platform Program Management & Implementation Services

Job Summary

This role involves providing expert oversight and hands-on support for customers' digital transformation initiatives. The focus is on implementing scalable, modern, and cloud-aligned platform solutions while ensuring timely, secure, and business-aligned delivery of all digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Agile Program Delivery: Utilize industry-standard project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) to plan, manage, and report on transformation projects, ensuring timely and aligned delivery of business outcomes.
• Digital Transformation Leadership Support: Support customer leadership by coordinating digital programs and projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, ensuring executive visibility, and maintaining comprehensive program reporting.
• Platform Strategy & Integration: Ensure adherence to architectural discipline in accordance with the customer’s governance model; define and document platform architecture; oversee implementation of system integration initiatives; and ensure alignment with both business and technical strategies.
• Technical Business Analysis: Convert business functional requirements into comprehensive requirements documentation by involving technical teams; ensure alignment with governance protocols established by the customer; validate requirements with stakeholders; and help translate them into secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Cloud Solution Engineering: Support and manage cloud architecture design and engineering efforts; facilitate the deployment of cloud-based platforms, primarily on Microsoft Azure, including support for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Custom Development Management: Assist customer’s technical teams in managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle; track interdependent tasks across front-end and back-end teams; ensure delivery alignment with business requirements and agreed development plans.
• Data Integration & Analytics Enablement: Oversee and monitor the implementation of data integration solutions, including ETL pipelines and API development, to enable secure and efficient real-time data access and analytics capability.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and PMP methodologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with software development lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with data integration solutions, ETL processes, and API development
  • Domain Experience in Banking

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into business understandable terms

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years in digital platform program management and implementation services, specifically in a cloud environment.
