<p>About the Role:</p>
<p>As Associate Director - Business Finance, you’ll strategise with the business team and</p>
<p>tell us how and where to spend our money. While you ensure governance and</p>
<p>controllership are best in class, more importantly you actively work with CXOs to drive</p>
<p>prioritisation/ choices around growth and profitability. You will lead a team of expert</p>
<p>finance professionals - who will aid you in problem discovery, implementing complex</p>
<p>business solutions, playing the critical challenger role in business orgs and being</p>
<p>co-pilot in leadership level decision-making. You’ll also manage business development</p>
<p>activities according to a financial plan. You’ll modify financial plans and budget amounts</p>
<p>based on the changes in business plans. You’ll also provide financial support and</p>
<p>advice to management in closing business deals and short/medium/long term</p>
<p>strategies.<b>What you will do</b></p>

<p>To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its</p>
<p>operations and management decision making</p>
<p>To develop financial plans along with various business and technology</p>
<p>teams with rigor on bottom's up approach</p>
<p>To review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of</p>
<p>variance and communicating the same proactively creating right</p>
<p>visibility and enabling planning of actionable</p>
<p>To track and measure key financials and business metrics</p>
<p>To jointly own the OKRs of the respective business unit and build an</p>
<p>AOP to achieve the same. Completes account level month-end closing</p>
<p>reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed</p>
<p>Directs and oversees the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of</p>
<p>the revenue cycle activities to optimize operations</p>
<p>Conduct periodic meetings with direct reports to assure staff understand</p>
<p>assigned tasks and can manage time constraints</p>
<p>Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product</p>
<p>enhancement or business initiatives, present top management with</p>
<p>analysis</p>
<p>Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of</p>
<p>variance and communicating the same proactively creating right</p>
<p>visibility and enabling planning of actionable</p>
<p>Handle Adhoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround</p>
<p>time and supplement such requests with appropriate analysis and</p>
<p>comments to support decision making</p>
<p>Participate & Drive standardization automation projects for process</p>
<p>efficiency</p>

<p>8 to 10 years Exp, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance</p>
<p>Should hold atleast 7 years of experience in Business Finance</p>

<p>Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player</p>
<p>Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills</p>
