Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management to join our Managed Services Tech team. The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, driving business outcomes through strategic thinking and strong technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions tailored to client needs, including configuration and deployment of identity management systems.
• Lead the integration of Entra ID with various platforms and applications for seamless identity and access management.
• Develop identity governance frameworks to enhance security and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with clients to assess and improve their current identity solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the integration and performance of Entra ID, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and clients on Entra ID capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Technical Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • Deep understanding of identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Proven experience with Azure Active Directory and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions and services.
  • Demonstrable experience in IAM domain management solutions.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Knowledge of code repository concepts and standards (e.g., Git).
  • Experience in transitioning services from implementation partners post-deployment.
  • Good understanding of operating systems, database concepts, and potential targets for typical IAM solutions.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
