Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end/year-end closing activities, and facilitating effective financial reporting which contributes to the organization’s overall goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and other statutory return filings.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Handle vendor payments as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and statutory return filing.
- Hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience
5–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
