Job Title: Senior Video Editor <br /> Location <br /> J P Nagar, Bengaluru (5 Days Work From Office) <br /> Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer <br /> building AI-enabled products for Indian farmers across crop advisory (Kisaan Sampurna) and dairy health (Gau Sampurna). We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who  is exceptionally good at their craft and uses AI as a natural extension of how they work. <br /> You will own the post-production output of the brand across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, <br /> Instagram Reels, and Facebook, editing high quality and quantity of content with speed, <br /> precision, and dynamic energy. Your job is to create video content that stops the scroll and holds a farmer’s attention. You will also mentor and manage a small team of junior editors, setting the quality bar and building good editing habits across the team. <br /> Key Responsibilities <br /> ● Edit video content across YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and <br /> Facebook, covering brand campaigns, product content, farmer testimonials, and <br /> educational formats. <br /> ● Apply dynamic editing techniques including pacing, cuts, transitions, and visual <br /> rhythm that suit short-form and long-form formats respectively. <br /> ● Add subtitles, text supers, and vernacular captions accurately and efficiently across <br /> all video outputs, in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English as required. <br /> ● Use AI tools for subtitle generation, image generation for thumbnails and inserts, <br /> prompt-driven editing, voiceover, and any other part of the post-production workflow <br /> that can be accelerated through AI. <br /> ● Manage a high-output editing pipeline, handling multiple concurrent projects without <br /> dropping turnaround time or quality. <br /> AI-First Mandate:  <br /> We are looking for an editor who uses AI as a core part of their daily workflow, not as an <br /> occasional tool. You will: <br /> ● Use AI-powered tools for auto-subtitling, text supers, and multilingual caption <br /> generation to significantly reduce turnaround time. <br /> ● Generate supporting visuals, thumbnails, and insert images through AI image <br /> generation tools, reducing dependency on the design team for editing-level assets.  <br /> ● Use prompt-driven editing and AI workflow tools to accelerate repetitive <br /> post-production tasks. <br /> ● Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI editing tools as they emerge, bringing <br /> relevant capabilities into the team's standard workflow. <br /> KPIs <br /> ● Volume of edited videos delivered per week against the content calendar. <br /> ● Turnaround time from raw footage receipt to final delivery. <br /> ● Quality consistency across all platform formats as reviewed by the CMO. <br /> ● Accuracy and quality of subtitles and text supers across vernacular languages. <br /> ● Measurable improvement in junior editors' output quality over time. <br /> Ideal Candidate Profile <br /> ● 4 to 5 years of hands-on video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates <br /> a high volume of edited content across short-form and long-form formats. <br /> ● Strong command of editing software including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After <br /> Effects, or equivalent professional tools. <br /> ● Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for subtitling, image generation, and <br /> post-production workflows such as Captions.ai, CapCut AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, <br /> and equivalent platforms. <br /> ● Experience editing vernacular content in Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi is a strong <br /> advantage. <br /> ● Experience editing content for agritech, rural-focused brands, or Tier 2 and Tier 3 <br /> market audiences is an added advantage
