Job Summary

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to designing, validating, and maintaining solutions that meet customer and business needs. You’ll analyze requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure solution integrity through testing and stakeholder collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment and influence product evolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements from product managers and customers, conduct feasibility studies, and propose viable solutions.
• Write functional documentation including feasibility studies, solution overviews, interface control documents, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with specifications and support validation through test strategy and traceability.
• Investigate and prioritize reported incidents to maintain production integrity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across product management, project management, customer services, and implementation teams.
• Participate in team ceremonies such as Agile forums, solution assessments, and planning sessions.
• Support product promotion through documentation, demos, and customer engagement during key events and launches.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in functional analysis and software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with documentation and analysis techniques including:
  • Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
  • Business Requirements Document (BRD)
  • Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
  • Requirements Use Document (RUD)
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  • Use cases
  • User stories
  • Unified Modeling Language (UML)
  • Wireframes
  • Gap analysis
  • Test cases
• Strong understanding of functional validation, non-regression testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile ceremonies and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques.

Experience

8–11 years in a related field focused on functional analysis and software development lifecycle.
