Job Description

<p>We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead Enthusiast to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for drafting a sales strategy to maximize our sales potential in different markets. You will be responsible for actively exploring business opportunities to identify potential markets, sales channels, increase sales volume for account expansion &amp; development to achieve sales targets.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and strengthen offline&nbsp;<strong>modern trade channel&nbsp;</strong>of the Brand&rsquo;s distribution network with focus on the main assigned product line</li> <li>Handling sales through distributors to&nbsp;<strong>Modern Trade retail accounts</strong></li> <li>Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs</li> <li>Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking</li> <li>Deliver business targets by managing and building relationships with Key accounts</li> <li>Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.</li> <li>Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts</li> <li>Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers</li> <li>Increase the number of listing outlets and product visibility by frequent visits to store and wholesale network.</li> <li>Partner with the Marketing team to ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade to increase brand visibility and thereby achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Plan and execute marketing &amp; promotional activities</li> <li>Analyse the impact of promotions on time to time basis</li> <li>Ensure correct pricing of products and provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What will you bring?</strong></p> <ul> <li>10-12 years of Sales experience working for Food/FMCG/D2C brand(s)</li> <li>Experience working with external events &amp; promoter agencies and direct sales agents</li> <li>Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Analytical &amp; Problem solving ability</li> <li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close</li> <li>Strong business sense and industry expertise</li> </ul>
