Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oracle Xstore professionals to join our team. This full-time role focuses on leveraging Oracle Xstore Point of Sale (POS) solutions to enhance our retail operations. The successful candidate will work on Oracle POS implementations and provide technical leadership to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Xstore POS implementations across various retail outlets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide tailored POS solutions.
• Ensure the effective deployment and configuration of Oracle Xstore software.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the internal team and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Xstore POS systems.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale, Oracle POS Implementation.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle Xstore or similar POS systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail operations and understanding of retail workflows.
• Familiarity with other Oracle Retail solutions.
• Certifications in Oracle POS solutions.
